The House is also situated on one of the prettiest viewpoints overlooking the valley towards Uniondale in Plett. Excellent game lodge in a private reserve. A real treat of a place to stay. Staff are excellent; always there to assist but without being in your face. Thank you, we had the most wonderful stay. We stayed with friends in the Burchells cottage with breathtaking views of the Spioenkop reserve. The surroundings are just incredible and we enjoyed every moment. The interior was lovely, we enjoyed all the amenities and the wonderful fireplace for the cosy evenings. Top class and definitely the best lodge in the area. Great for honeymoon couples as well as families with slightly older kids. This seems to be a popular destination for tourists looking for an upmarket 'all in one' venue ( sea, beach and bush). Highly recommend!
